Ways to shake the shyness

Being shy does not have to be a problem, for some people is difficult to feel comfortable with orhers who do not know.

Here are some tips for overcoming shyness:

Practice social behaviors like, eye contact, try to begin a conversation, smiles because it increase security in yourself.
Think of way to break the ice, example: hello my name is lily.
Search activities where you can interact with people who share your interests.
Like NOEL, I'm very shy, but often tried implement these tricks.
