OLD OLDEST

Hello!

Here is a brief information about old age people or elderly. I hope you like it.

I think that the boundary between middle age and old age cannot be defined exactly because it does not have the same meaning in all societies. People can be considered old because of certain changes in their activities or social roles. Examples: people may be considered old when they become grandparents, or when they begin to do less or different work—retirement.

There is often a general physical decline, and people become less active. Old age can cause, amongst other things:

- Wrinkles and liver spots on the skin due to loss of subcutaneous fat
- Change of hair colour to gray or white
- Hair loss
- Reduced circulatory system function and blood flow
- Reduced lung capacity
- Reduced immune system function
- Changes in the vocal cords that produce the typical "old person" voice
- Lessened hearing
- Diminished eyesight
- Reduced mental/cognitive ability.
- Depressed mood
- Lessening or cessation of sex, sometimes because of physical symptoms such as erectile dysfunction in men, but often simply a decline in libido, but it doesn't happens all the time for I've seen old men or women with their equal sexual satisfaction as their youthful.
- Greater susceptibility to bone and joint diseases such as osteoarthritis and osteoperosis.

It must be stressed that each individual is different, and health issues that affect one elderly person may not affect another.

In most parts of the world, women live, on average, longer than men; even so, the disparities vary between 9 years or more in countries such as Sweden and the United States to no difference or higher life expectancy for men in countries such as Zimbabwe and Uganda.

The number of elderly persons worldwide began to surge in the second half of the
20th century. Up to that time (and still true in underdeveloped countries), five or less percent of the population was over 65. Few lived longer than their 70s and people who attained advanced age (ie. their 80s) were rare enough to be a novelty and were revered as wise sages. Accidents and disease claimed many people before they could attain old age, and because health problems in those over 65 meant a quick death in most cases. If a person lived to an advanced age, it was due to genetic factors and/or a relatively easy lifestyle, since diseases of old age could not be treated before the 20th century.

ADDICTION

Addiction is a dependence on a behavior or substance tha a person is powerless to stop.

The

The terms has been partially replaced by the word dependence of sustances abuse .Addiction has been extended, however,to include mood altering behavior or activities.some researcher speak of two types of addiction: substance addictons (for example alcoholism, grung abuse, and, smoking); and process addictions ( for example, gambling, spending, shopping, eating, and, sexual activity).

In addiction to a preoccupation with using and acquiring the abused substances, the diagnosis of addiction is based on some criteria :

loss of willpower, harmful consequences, tolerance, withawal symptoms up quitting , unmanageable lifestyle ,etc.

BOLD PEOPLE

Most of their times bold people seem to be athletic people because they are jogging everyday, and many times they bragging or boasting their physical appearance, also they feel security, optimistic, outgoing so on. Bold people sometimes are aggressive because they like to call the attention of people and, they love to be sexy in  the crowd granted that they want to be popular or famous in anyplace that they go, also they like sport activities or extreme sports due to they want to be upper than another one.

Bold people often have a high self-esteem by their sex-appeal figures and their good looking; in addition that, bold people are talkative and very proud to be a gigolo or diva depending the gender, also bold people are more expressive in their corporal language because they have most adrenaline than timid people who have a passive behavior because they feel fear of sport activities, besides bold people from their childhood have received most support from their parents than bashful people.

BASHFUL PEOPLE

Frequently bashful people or shy people are supposed to be passive people, because their problems most of their times come from the childhood. In their childhood they had bitter experiences specially in the school because they had felt fear in the classroom for the trauma caused by mistreating of their parents or any member of the family; in addition that, Bashful people also had received humiliation from many of their counterparts of the classroom.

Bashful people sometimes are nerds and couch potatoes that spend most of their times closed in their home and, sometimes they are supposed to be anti-athletic people, but not always could be from this way because there are a few good looking people that are bashful, because the main problem comes from a trauma in their childhood that is the essential inconvenient of this kind of person in the whole life.

Introvert  vs extrovert
Definition: Contrary to what most people think, an introvert is not simply a person who is shy. In fact, being shy has little to do with being an introvert! Shyness has an element of apprehension, nervousness and anxiety, and while an introvert may also be shy, introversion itself is not shyness.

Definition: Most people believe that an extrovert is a person who is friendly and outgoing. While that may be true, that is not the true meaning of extroversion. Basically, an extrovert is a person who is energized by being around other people.

According to these definitions people often tend to mix introversion with shyness and extroversion with friendship, which is not true at all. Because sometimes an introvert person can be outgoing, however not much talkative but friendly is just try to find out. In the other hand an extrovert person can be proud, usually they think they are better than others . Even though, they are always talking and smiling it doesnt mean they are friendly or good people.
Nowaday is easy people get addicted to many things. The traditionals addictions, like drugs, alcohol and sex are not as fashionable as 20 years ago.¨ New addictions¨ have come up with in these days such as, internet, cellphones and videogames etc. However  belive it or not people can get caught in these addictions as easier as smoking or gambling. Opposite than many thought these new habits are gaining more popularity through the time.

stop being shy and become an outgoing person....

If you're naturally an introvert, this doesn't mean you have to spend your life watching more outgoing people have fun while you stay at home and relax. While being shy may be inherent to your personality, you can do things that make you appear less shy. This can be just the trick to making new friends or getting dates,it depends of you.Make an effort to meet people. You won't meet anyone if you stay closed in your home. You don't have to approach anyone if you don't want to or if big crowds make you nervous.Ask your friends and family to introduce you to new people. Other people who know you well should be able to determine the types of people you would feel comfortable. Remember if you try this, maybe you will find the way to stop being shy and will become an extrovert person.

Shyness
People are timid, shy or bashful because they have suffering some trauma in their childhood due to mistreating from their parents, and this situation can affect in the person behavior when they reach the adulthood, besides they begin at early age feeling insecurity, because some people can't break the trauma suffering in the childhood, and in some cases bashful people have to attend to phycological orientation because they becomes depressive and sometimes becomes bipolar person, and the bipolar person situation is too sensitive, because they can commit suicide because they lose their good mood in easy way and they feel that they can't do anything. This experience could be uncomfortable for people who have had this kind of trauma in their childhood.

People who is shy can be identified as:

- a person who feel fear in big groups.

- a person that is difficult to look for conversation if he or she is     falling love.

- feel insecurity most of their time.

- a person who is passive in the classroom due to trauma from  home.

- they don't like public activities as concerts, dancing clubs, so on.
