TAP WATER
we could not live without it , or exist and we use water for all.
here in bonao not can drink tap water beacuse it have many bacterias and parasites. and has a lot of problem with aqueduct.i dont know why because here has a lot of revers ,and some good .
but is incredible that the enverohment do not worry about that problem.
but its amazing that the aqueduct was found i 1982 and has never been cleaned, i imagine few crap should have this aqueduct ,and so we use that water , but somepeople can not buy water to drink,and use the water that is contaminated, and health harms.
OLDEST OLD
people aged over 87 are the longer period of life because older people survive to even more advanced ages. my grandmother 87 years old and she feel fine some times doesent like to eat but its normal because who can imagine that we are going to last this age.
its difficult beacuse nowadays young pepole dont have a longer life , because they dont like eat healthful and keep a good health.
we feel very happy that she is atill alive and its an honor for us , thanks god for having it . we love..
ADDICTION
addiction is a condition that results when a person ingest a substance ( alcohol,cocaine or engages in activity gambling)that can be pleasurable but the continued use of which became compulsive and interferes with ordinary life responsabilities, such as work or relationships,or health.users may not be aware that their behavoir is out of control and causin problems for themselves and others . its difficult when you adapts to use drugs because they cant stop and is harmful for them but they dont care how can affect your brain, because tey continue to use drugs and others type of addictions, however they never think in your health.
People have different kind of personalities and temperament that can be such positive as negative for example timid, sociable , bashful, bold, reticent, open, inhibited, outgoing, Pollyanna,gregarious, wallflower, social butterfly and others.
Bold is a person who like to talk , is the appositive to shy. Are person who like to be sociable and needs to be in contact with other people. They like to have many friends to share and make different activities in a group. They are optimist and always are available to organize dinner and party.
Shyness is negative personalities. Shy is a person who are reticent, timid or inhibited. A person shy is more likely to be depressed and can have negative consequences . Is difficult express their opinion and feelings, they have less sex because are inhibited and reserved.
One person can have different kind of personalities , it can depends of the moments or the situation for example they are people that are not timid but when they have to talk with strangers people they can get nervous . Other example is when they have to give speech or perform in public they get butterflies in the stomach, but I think if it pass always you may be a shy person.
According to this unit, people are living longer than in other generations. I disagree with that theory because in the Dominican Republic, country where I live, I notice that aging is each time shorter due to the drastic changes that we have been experimenting.
Nowadays people die more easily and younger than twenty years ago for several reasons specially the different addictions, which increase each day more.
The elderly requires a good diet because at the age the body need better nutrition.
when the people is old is getting weak or sick, they loses physical and mental abilities and many illness can affect his lives such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, arthritis, cataracts, osteoporosis and others. But not only they lose health, they also lose opportunity of job, social activity and socialization skills.
In developed countries, mostly enjoy better living, they are subsidized by the state and they have access to pensions, warranty health ans others benefits.

In the world every community has the job of supplying safe water to drink. Many towns and cities get water from nearby lakes, rivers, and streams. Other communities get water from underground wells.
Sometimes the water is polluted because wastes and chemicall are enter lakes,rivers, and streams,so the water is not safe to drink or use. It often has germs into that migh cause disease.
Polluted water often has chemicals that can harm our bodies.
Most communities have a water-treatment plan to make water safe to drink . The water is filtered at with this plant to remove dirt. Water is sometimes sprayed into the air. The internet in this century is widespread that can be the reason why is to easy to slip into internet addiction, for examplo nowadays you can havee internet in Smart phones.
People cann be also addicted to work, gambling , to sex, shopping, to the alcohol, to use drug,to smoke, and the high-tech addictions are videos games, chat romos, relationships and others addictions.
Many people are addicted to something but sometimes they don't know , they need to other people or a psychologist to recognize the addiction.
If you lose track of time doing something or you feel anxious when you are not doing that you can be addicted to that activity.
Quit the addiction takes time so is difficult to leave the addiction cold turkey.
Since long time ago our world has been involved in many kinds of addictions such as smoking , drinking , gambling, and so on , but nowadays there some other addictions, that some people don´t even figure out , but they easily spend ten or more hours surfing in the net, I mean they lose track of the time chatting with friends and with people they haven´t ever seen except on a screen.

THE BOLD AND BASHFUL
When I was a child, I was very bashful,because in many situation I have been felt so nervous in from of the other people. I do not know if this is to consequence about my fisical discapacity, because in those time I syffer a lot of mockery from my partners" school and some of my neighbors. In those time I only left of my house to the school because the other childrn bothered me for my way to walk.
I feel that I"m a little bashful when I have an exposition or when I am between of a big public which I have to begin to talk in these moment I feel butterflies in my stomach.
Nowadays I acquaainted to be a litte extroverted, more sociable, a litte bold and assertive with my desicions and my behavior ,I share more with friends and partners. I often lieve to enjoy of the live because I notice that the shy person become immersed in their own judgement. So don"t put risk they have, so do not win nor lose.

Here I am with other video. In this case isn't about a pretty and nice little girl in a marvelous world. This time is about a soldier in a desert's land, far away of home, fighting ''the bad boys who committed the 09/11 attack'', and the effect of his action in the name of the nation that he used to say ''I will protect this gloriuos country''
You would think: ''Ok, they're obeying their presidents, lieutenians,etc. .'', ''They're protecting their country against people who injured them in a crude and horrible way'', ''Would you be happy knowing that a Muslim's trying to explode your house from the other side of the world ? '', and so on.
But I ask: Is EE.UU Government and the Americans soldiers better than them? Are they ready for going back, for saying in front of their family ''I came back from Iraq, where I was killing people who don't have any in common (only nationality) with the terrorist?
First of all, watch the video, and after a while thinking about it, tell me what would you do? ( In case you find out what to do).
This's just one soldier talking about his experiences. The interview that wouldn't be given for other anonymous soldiers, soldiers who aren't there to say, ''I was there and I don't want to come back there again, but I must because my country needs me''. A cult is a set of followers of a particular religious doctrina or ideology. In my opinion a cult is a movement exhibiting excessive devotion to a person ,idea or thing. In the United States is where the highest concentration of this group. There are different types of cults,but I´m going to talk about satanic cults. Satanic cults are groups of people who follow a particular religious or ideological movemen which is mind control practiced. Those people are away from family relationships,and the world in general. I believe all those movements should be prohibited in all part of the world,as it causes violence and riots throughout society. The best way to predict if a cult is dangerous or not is to study the cult´s histoy.
The old age is a physical condition,a natural state of the person who has a mature age. It is a stage which time is deteriorating. An old people is a person who needs care and understanding of their love ones. This person needs a good nutrition,and a healty food . Old people are very nice and wise. They enjoy spending time with people they love. So when they are institutionalized, they feel not good because they think they are alone and they hate loneliness. they like to be surrounded by many people. They need to feel able and useful people,as most of them fall into depression and it creates an appetite love. Old age should be treated like a normal person. They deserve our respect,love and understanding.

In most of cases they are always isolated, and this behavior creates a series of confflicts in the family,at home,at school,at work or at any other place. I think shy people should interact more with another people leaving behind fear. I believe the best way to try to reducing shyness is changing our way of think. Instead bold people are always happy ,and enjoy talking to other people. They are envolved in the activities that are perforrmed in the community. They are very extroverted.

An addiction is all activity that the individual is not able to control,for example there are people addicted to internet,gambling and sex. I think an addict person has no control of himself. Many people become addicted to the internet because they spend 24 hours a day in the computer. They are chatting and playing all the time. Addicted people never share with their families and friends. They are always alone and isolated. Almost most addicts forget to eat,and also they forget about the world. it brings family conflict,poor performance in school or work. Controling internet addictions people should be spend less time on computers,and spend more time in activities that must be done inside or outside from house. Addicted become compulsive people. Even those people fall into depression because they think the internet is their life,and without it they would not exist.
I am going to talk about the cult,according to Dr.Singer,is difficult to predict cult violence,but if you look informations about personalities of cult leaders is helpful in predicting the cult¨s potencial for violence.
I think more young people join cults,because they feel insecure about thier future and they feel dissatisfied with life.
