The Spirit of Feng Shui

I didn't know about Feng Shui until I read the unit 5 of the North Star which is the book that we are studying in this final level. Since I've learned about this Chinese philosophy, I now understand how Feng Shui can affect my energy in a particular environment. I also know now that Feng Shui affects people everyday. When I visit different places I think about the environment and I wonder if the Feng Shui spirit is positive or not. Now that I have a general idea of Feng Shui, I can use this method in many life situations.

The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference

So far I understand that one of the main definition of tipping point is how little things makes a big difference in your life. Dominican Republic. has a lot of problems that affects us. For example, dog's living conditions. When you drive any where in the country, you will see many animals suffering from malnutrition, grooming, shelter and hygiene care which is bad for the population. To protect the population, the government needs to build a shelter such as a Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). SPCA is a organization that prevent cruelty towards animals, protect and provide shelter to wandering animals from danger. SPCA gives animals the proper care and provide animal adoption. With the government providing an organization such as a SPCA, this can be a helpful tipping point for the Dominican Republic.

Every Christian is free to choose the spirituality

  • Spiritual Renewal

One faith: Many Spiritualities
When we speak of a Christian “spirituality” we simply mean the Christian life (which is life in the Holy Spirit given us by the Father through His Son Jesus Christ) lived with an emphasis on certain values. Within the community of the Church there have always been, even in New Testament times, a variety of such spiritualities. One and the same Gospel is proclaimed in the four Gospels and in the epistles of St. Paul, yet each of these writers speaks with a different emphasis, a different spirituality. As long as these different emphases do not become unbalanced and one-sided their variety contributes to the richness of Christian life.
Every Christian is free to choose the spirituality which is most helpful to his or her own spiritual growth, provided that we remain open to other spiritualities which complement and balance the one we have chosen. Among the great historic traditions of spirituality that which expresses the charism of St. Dominic, the founder of the Order of Preachers, has attracted many and been found especially healthy and helpful.

the workplace is an increasingly controversial legal topic

An employee's right to privacy in the workplace is an increasingly controversial legal topic, especially in an age of increased reliance on computers and electronic mail to do business. Technology has enabled employers to monitor virtually all workplace communications made by employees using computers -- including use of the Internet and company e-mail. While employees may feel that this monitoring is a violation of their privacy rights, it is usually allowed under the law.  Other employee activities (such as private conversations) and certain physical spaces in the workplace (like locked desk drawers) receive more privacy protections, while specific activities like drug use may lead to testing for substance abuse. Below is a discussion of employees' privacy rights in the workplace.
Internet Usage and Email
An employee's activities while using an employer's computer system are largely unprotected by personal privacy laws. Emails are considered to be company property if they are sent using the company's computer system. Employers generally have the right to monitor and view employee email, so long as they have a valid business purpose for doing so. Many employers now have email systems that copy all email messages as they pass through the system to check for productivity, illegal use, and other issues. Emails are frequently being used as evidence during trial to prove employee misconduct or wrongdoing.
In addition, employers have the right to track the websites visited by their employees, to block employees from visiting specific Internet sites, or to limit the amount of time an employee may spend on a specific website.
Phone Calls and Voicemail Messages
Employers use electronic surveillance practices, including monitoring employee phone conversations and voicemail messages, in order to keep tabs on their employees and their business operations.  Generally, employers can monitor telephone calls to and from their locations, but there are legal limits.
The Electronics Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) places some limitations on an employer's right to monitor its employees' telephone usage at work. Under the Act, an employer may not monitor an employee's personal phone calls, even those made from telephones on work premises. An employer may monitor a personal call only if an employee knows the particular call is being monitored and consents to it. The ECPA also provides protection for an employee's voicemail messages at work. Employers face legal liability if they read, disclose, delete, or prevent access to an employee's voicemail messages.
Post-Hiring Drug Testing
An employer may be able to require its employees to submit to drug screening. However, a number of states' laws limit the circumstances in which an employer may test for drugs, and the methods they may use to perform such tests. An employer may generally test its employees for drug use if it limits its testing to:
  • Workers whose jobs carry a great deal of risk to themselves or others.
  • Workers who have completed a drug rehabilitation program or are currently enrolled in such a program.
  • Workers who have been involved in a work-related accident where drug use was suspected.
  • Workers whom management believe have been using drugs based on physical evidence or behavior (glassy eyes, slurred speech).
Employee Privacy in the Workplace - Getting Legal Help
Employees have clear and specific rights to privacy in the workplace, but these rights are balanced against their employers' privileges to monitor their business operations. If you are an employee who believes that your employer may have overstepped legal boundaries in connection with your privacy rights, or if you just have questions about your right to privacy in the workplace, contact an experienced employee rights attorney to discuss your situation.

Haiti... The Tipping point in Domican Republic.

In a recent court ruling, undocumented Dominicans of Haitian descent are being deported to Haiti sparking a human rights debate amongst the political elite and the Dominican Diaspora about the morality of deporting individuals living in the margins of the island’s society for generations. Many of the Haitian descendants were born in the Dominican Republic and have been assimilated into Dominican culture; this has been an ongoing political issue even before the passage of the court ruling. Historical relations between the two nations have been hampered with war and brutality. It started with the brutal treatment and occupation of Dominicans immediately after the Haitian revolution in 1803. Conversely, the October 1937 massacre of approximately 20,000 Haitians by the Dominican Dictator Rafael Trujillo’s shock troops worsened relations between both nations.
Today’s presence of Haitian descendants has reached its tipping point especially after several natural disasters including hurricanes and earthquakes where thousands sought refuge across the Dominican border with the hope of refugee relief. Considering the history of the two nations, the justifications put forth in the citizenship question are the following: the sovereign rights to protect its borders; homeland security and crime prevention; is just simply a pretext for their innate fear of further Africanizing Dominican culture through the increased population of Black Haitians.
African cultural influence is associated with Haiti and what is considered “Black” in contrast to the mainstream Hispanic Catholic culture that dominates the Dominican Republic despite having a large African descendant population. Haitians represent the link to an African ancestral past that the Dominican political status quo wishes to erase and present a more Eurocentric image to the U.S. and the continental Europe to attract investment meanwhile increase their own personal wealth. The old Colonial Spanish strategy of “Blanqueamiento” or whitening the population with “white immigrants” when Black slaves reached numerical majority. This was a common immigration strategy used by Spanish slave holders especially after the Haitian Revolution and Caribbean slave rebellions.
The Dominican Republic is in the midst of tourism boom through its natural resources climate and beaches and cheap labor. Their national economic development strategy is to address the entrenched poverty in the Dominican Republic and project an international image that is attractive for investors and create employment for native Dominicans. In their world view, this can only be accomplished by creating a greater comfort level for White European and U.S. tourists to visit and spend their Euros and U.S. Dollars. It appears the Dominican government planners are apparently focused on preventing the increase of a Black Haitian underclass that would be an international embarrassment to Dominican politicians and their vested interests. Caribbean History has taught us political strategists will strengthen the mestizo and mulatto middle-class and promote fertility programs and lessen their birth mortality rates. At the expense of sounding like a conspiracy theorist this form of eugenics strategy would have to be comprehensive and easily funded by western government programs promoting sterilization and population control.
The non-Spanish speaking countries throughout the Caribbean have criticized the anti-Haitian policy as a violation of human rights and recommended the Dominican Republic’s expulsion from organizations like CARICOM. It is highly unlikely the Dominican Republic will fold under pressure from the Caribbean nations since they are more focused on their long range strategy. Similarly to Puerto Rico, the great percentage of the Dominican Diaspora community in the U.S., Spain, and Argentina will be increasingly people of African descent and this will be the most “efficient” way of exporting it structural unemployment problem. Thus the whitening strategy is moving along in full force.
The mass deportation of Dominicans of Haitian descent will garner national support with the xenophobic and racist mass media as the driver to prevent a majority Haitian population. The Dominican political status quo will not invest the necessary resources into the community of Dominicans of Haitian descent required to educate and make them employable in skilled positions. Humanitarian assistance to this population with no political status will not happen unless international pressure is exerted externally from many fronts.
The debate in the Dominican Republic and Dominican Diaspora has deteriorated to name calling as in the case of Junot Diaz, Pulitzer Prize winner in literature and island’s political elite rather than engage in reasoned political debate. Diaz’s criticism of Haitian deportation and accusations of political corruption has been reduced by the island’s elite as a lack of patriotism to the flag of the republic and its right as a sovereign nation to exercise its rights to protect its borders. The Dominican court decision has in essence legalized White Supremacy as official state policy with the intention of deporting Black Haitians as part of long range strategy to whiten the population of the Dominican Republic.
The multilateral organizations like the Organization of American States have been very quiet on this matter and this may require the involvement of the United Nations Human Rights Office to recognize this Dominican court ruling as a violation of basic human rights. Notably, Haiti’s Catholic Conference of Bishops (CEH) rejected allegations that the Dominican population conducts a racist campaign against undocumented nationals of the neighboring nation who cross the border in search of work. CEH president bishop Chibly Langlois said “generalized racism cannot be attributed to the Dominican population and the acts of violence against Haitians in this country are isolated and not by the overall population.”
The complexity of the issue of race in the Dominican Republic is reflective of the history throughout the Spanish – Speaking Americas. It is important to distinguish between the pretext of creating an immigration policy and the underlying cultural history of White Supremacy on the island of Hispaniola. The new court ruling translates into a violation of human rights in a massive proportion adversely impacting the lives of thousands Black Haitian families living in the Dominican Republic for generations with no citizenship or legal status.

Spiritual Renewal why is it important

Sometimes we don’t feel well with ourselves or with the way that we adapt with our environment this can be a problem with something that we might not understand properly or something that we cannot be conscious of, we’re talking about our spiritual equilibrium with the universe, that’s the reason why we need sometimes to have some Spiritual Renewal, by doing different things that can be change life styles, being one with the nature or just simply trying to be a better person with others.

Being in peace with the universe might not be a big deal for us, but there’s people that take it really serious and dedicate their life and every moment in it to have this equilibrium and this peace with everything that surround them, and they consider this actions as their spiritual renewal.

For example, there’s people that sell of their possessions in some point of their life just because they feel that these thing doesn’t mean anything for them anymore, they go sometime beyond this and go to live in the woods or the forest among the animals.

Those, who live among animals and living from the Mother Nature find their place with her and that’s the way in how they make their spiritual renewal.

On the other hand there’s people that just try to be a better person themselves and try to help others, being better husbands, son, wife, and so on. For this people this is what brings the equilibrium to their life and it is how they have their own spiritual renewal.

However you decide to make your contribution to the universe and be a better person, with the planet, the animals or another human being what truly matter is what you’re doing to get your spiritual renewal and being in peace is what makes it so important for us and everyone else.

Low self-esteem and the way others see you

Having low self-esteem is an issues itself, very terrible if you ask me but it is something that can be corrected if you have the proper help from a professional with the support of your family and friends and the people that truly cares about you and your health. However when we talk about the self-esteem and how the others affect this positive or negative in your life, what can take us to the image that we reflect in from of them or how they perceive us.

Since the human being is a social entity it is obvious that we are going to be reflect an image and even for some people we’re going to be like a role model or so. This is so a real fact that other can see when we are suffering of low self-esteem and it is so obvious that we’re going to be the first one to expose ourselves because of the way that we express about us and how we see life, etc…

On the other hand whenever other perceive that we are suffering this emotional issue they try to help us as much as they can, because it is something that not only affect us and the way that we see ourselves but how other cares about us, see us and want to help.

Feng Shui something incredible to believe

The millenary art of the Feng Shui, that was born in the ancient china five thousand years ago, which translation from its native language, Chinese means the following: Feng = Air and Shui = Water. We can state that the complete meaning for it is, Flow of air over the water. This millenary art consist in the arrangement of the objects that we have in a determined place in our house or even at work such as our kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc...

According to the experts, Feng Shui allows a lot of changes in your life because of all the spiritual aim that it suppose to create or produce, things such as prosperity, good luck in love, family issues reduced, and even a more active sexual life, basically that is what Feng Shui states that change, so because of that Feng Shui is popular nowadays.

If you ask me it is not something from the other world, and I don't think that just a change on the way that we arrange things in our house or workplace will make a big change in our life all of sudden.

Crime Rate in Dominican Republic

Talking about crime in the Dominican Republic, since to be something very normal nowadays, since the rate of this is increasing significatively day by day and the authorities that are suppose to be assure our safety doesn't pay attention to the alarming situation that this means to all the population, but why should they be worry about change something if they are well protected in their own bubble of power and corruption.

On the other hand, this crime rate have been extended to places that in the past used to only be in the imagination of people that doesn't have anything else to do that only think about the most pessimistic ideas, however this has become something very real and worrying not only for me but for everybody that can't afford to face the people that make crimes. Even though this will worry the population they as a group won't do anything about to solve the situation, and will stay with cross arms waiting for someone else to solve their problems for them.

Shyness, Advantage or Disadvantage

Always,  I've got the questions, why some people are shy?, how is possible that some people have problems making friends?, or how we can solve this situation?.  First, we need to understand what is the shy? And how to know if we are bashful?. To give a definition shyness is when a person or human being has problem to begin a relationship with others. Bashful people have problem to start a conversation, they have problem to get a relationship, including to see somebody face. Shy or bashful people have the introvert intelligence, it made that they are more methodical in the time to do some tasks and works, this means that they analise before to do anything including when decide to make friend,  they have problems to introducing themself in the time to meet new people, in the majority of case love the solitude. To conclude is good to be methodical and be careful when we choice our friends, but we musn't to spend all our life alone, so we leave the shyness is time to make friends.

Who was Fidel Alejandro Castro Ruz?

He was a Cuban politician and revolutionary who governed the republic of Cuban during 32 years (1976 to 2008). Under his administration, Cuba became a  one party socialist state; industry and business were nationalized, and  state socialist  reforms implemented throughout society.

He established the first communist state in the Western Hemisphere after leading an overthrow of the military dictatorship of Fulgencio Batista in 1959. He ruled Cuba for nearly five decades, until handing off power to his younger brother Raúl Castro in 2008. During that time, Fidel Castro’s regime was successful in reducing illiteracy, stamping out racism and improving public health care, but was widely criticized for stifling economic and political freedoms. Castro’s Cuba also had a highly antagonistic relationship with the United States–most notably resulting in the Bay of Pigs invasion and the Cuban Missile Crisis. The two nations officially normalized relations in July 2015, ending a trade embargo that had been in place since 1960, when U.S.-owned businesses in Cuba were nationalized without compensation. Castro died on November 25, 2016, at 90. His body will be cremated.

What is an addiction?

A compulsive act which causes harm to the person. People fighting with an addiction are unable to control their behavior. One example of this is a person who constantly smokes to excess in spite of  the fact that it is hurting his or her life.
"Smokers smoke to stop feeling the way they do when they aren't smoking."

Another example: A person who is addicted to alcohol, while his or her peers are enjoying another sort of drink such as lemonade or orange juice  🍊 In a hot afternoon at the university after class... This person will feel the impulse to get an alcohol drink.

I think that's a shame to see those people involved in addictions.

As consequence of this they lose the control, they have low self-steem, and they frequency feel depression. Also addicted people lead serious problems at home, work, school, work, society.

Addiction is considered a mental illness and can be treated with therapy, medication and lifestyle changes.

Feng shui

In this unit I learned that feng shui is a discipline of Chinese origin means air and water.
Feng shui consists in the practice of arranging your environment so that energy flows softly through your home or workplace to make you feel better in that environment.

Your space just feels good and everybody can feel comfortable, pleasant..., can feel good feng shui about being into that room.

The energy flows also so that everything in your environment generate good luck, good health, harmonious relationships, and prosperity.

Characters like Donald Trump use feng shui to do their projects,  even though they have no idea what feng shui is all about.

HONESTY???

What is the honesty?

How do you act when you are trying to get a job and your interviewer ask a question in which depend your answer? You know that if you answer honestly maybe you can lose the job opportunity but if you say lies it might get the job.
Are you going to be honest or dishonest person?
Nobody likes to lie. but........ sometimes is the fastest way.
I`ve talked to different persons about this topic before and I`ve learned that when you talk with the truth is much better, for example when you are applying for an American visa and then you have the interview with the consular agent they take into count your honesty in order to give you the visa.

It`s much better to be an honest person instead of dishonest one because when you lie your conscience is not clean and you are not going to be quiet knowing that you didn`t tell the truth

Spiritual Renewal

Resultado de imagen para spiritual renewal

Spiritual renewal can be defined as the process of growth and transformation into the image of God. The spiritually alive are in a kinetic state because they constantly strive to approach God, become united with God by grace. God became human so we humans could become divine. He truly is in our midst! We learn to cooperate harmoniously with God and repeatedly renew our covenant with Him through the Eucharist. Through the synergy of working together with God by His grace we become obedient to His will. We are drawn to the Light. We are pure in heart. We are able to love and forgive. This transformation is accomplished through divine grace, human freedom, and the gift of the Holy Spirit, given to each of us at baptism through the Father when we are chrismated, anointed with hol.

In order to connect with and understand what other brothers and sisters think about Orthodox Spiritual Renewal, a questionnaire on the topic was prepared and mailed to a select group of 300 Orthodox Christians. A questionnaire enables one to see consensus and involves others in the process, which is a conciliar approach and within the tradition of the Church. It also enables us to see how those of us living in the United States today, in the two thousand year old tradition of the Church, fit into the context of the Church’s understanding of Spiritual Renewal, which is outlined in the first half of this discussion.

Most of us use lies from time to time to avoid difficult situations and hide our feelings or intentions. However lying always comes with a price whilst the truth is invaluable. Here are a few reasons why you should always be honest:
  • The truth will always come out, so by lying you are only ’buying time’ but it will probably be worse when it’s revealed that you lied as well.
  • You will feel better about yourself if you are honest and open.
  • Others will be able to trust you and trust is the basis for all relationships.
  • Others will seek your honest advice and opinion.
  • You won’t have to remember and maintain a web of lies. Lies usually lead to more lies to cover up the initial lies, creating a vicious cycle.
  • Lying is an easy way out, by being honest you learn to tackle difficult or uncomfortable situations and grow as a person.
Since we’ve established that it is better to be honest here are a few tips on how to avoid the temptation of lying:
  • Bit the bullet: honesty is more difficult, otherwise we wouldn’t resort to lying! Gather up your courage and step forward with the truth — others will appreciate it.
  • Brace yourself: go ahead with the truth, without overthinking all the possible negative outcomes.
  • Have faith in other people: we usually assume that they won’t understand and accept the truth.
  • Put yourself in the other person’s position: would you prefer to be lied to?
  • Prepare your words and yourself: being honest doesn’t mean being rude or blunt. Think about what and how you will say things. You still need to be diplomatic and kind in order to avoid hurting the other person’s feelings.
  • Convince yourself that it’s better to be honest: if you don’t believe it then you will resort to a lie as soon as the situation starts to take a negative turn.
  • See it as an opportunity to develop: being open and honest communication are valuable soft skills for your personal and professional life. So each situation where you can practice makes you better at it!
                                                                                                              BRIGHT SIDE

For me, honesty is to do things in the correct way, you don't faith others, don't lie .

Tipping point

In unit 4 I've learned that Tipping point is when a small change or incident become significant enough to cause a large, more important change.

Is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior spread everywhere like wildfire. I mean, the topic of the moment that is through word-of-mouth everybody.

One of the things that have been said to be about to reach a tipping point is society's willingness to tolerate gay marriage.
                          REMEMBER VS.  REMIND

REMEMBER: is whe you think of a mamory , a past experience.

EX:   I remember the first time I ever swam in the ocean, when I was 5 years old.

I don't think he remembers that we met 30 years ago.

I can't remember her name, is it  Alice or Annie.

Do you remember what happened when Joe forgot to buy  a present for his wife on her                       birthday?

REMIND: is when a person or thing makes you think about something.

EX:   My mother reminded me to do the homework after eating lunch.

Josh uses the calendar on his cellphone to remind him about important dates.

Our shopping list reminds us what we need to buy at the supermarket.

Adverb clauses of result

Adverb clauses of result

An adverb clause of result or consequence is used to say what happens or what may happen as a result of the action mentioned in the main clause. The chief conjunction used to introduce adverb clauses of result are: so that, in order that, so…that and such…that.

So that and in order that are used to talk about purpose. In order that is more formal.
  1. Speak clearly so that we can all hear you.
  2. He spoke loudly in order that everybody would hear him.
  3. He remained still so that people thought he had died.
  4. We started in the morning so that we would reach our destination in time.
  5. She lived in England for six months so that she could perfect her English

So…that

So can be followed directly by that-clauses.

  1. It was so hot that we didn’t go out.
  1. She was so weak that she couldn’t walk.
  1. It was so cold that we stopped playing.

Such…that

Such can be followed by a that-clause.

  1. She spoke in such a low voice that nobody could hear her.
  1. It was such a hot afternoon that we stopped playing.
  1. Such were his words and gestures that the audiences were mesmerized.
  1. His rudeness was such that his parents were shocked.

Is a Chinese philosophical system of  harmonizing everyone with the surrounding environment

There is no replicable scientific evidence that feng shui's mystical claims are real, and it is considered by the scientific community to be pseudoscience.Historically, feng shui was widely used to orient buildings—often spiritually significant structures such as tombs, but also dwellings and other structures—in an auspicious manner.Depending on the particular style of feng shui being used, an auspicious site could be determined by reference to local features such as bodies of water, stars, or a compass.

The Tipping Point: How Little Things Can Make a Big Difference

The tipping point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. Just as a single sick person can start an epidemic of the flu, so too can a small but precisely targeted push cause a fashion trend, the popularity of a new product, or a drop in the crime rate. This widely acclaimed bestseller,in your job.Reasons why people feel sastified, because of their success

That is tipping point about, very important changes.

ADDICTIONS

                                 The Addictions

In my opinion additions is when a person doesn`t have the control over something. Many of us think that addition is only when a person abuse of subtances such as alcohol, drugs, nicotine etc. But as the teacher said in class addition is being applied to the internet use, social nets use, shopping, gambling, sex and others.

Today  I want to mention another example of addition and is when we usually use different kinds of pills and drugs for everything that we feel, if we have headache, flu, fever, stomacache. If we need to take all the time medicine or something like that in order to get better maybe we have addition to the medicine or drugs.

Bold vs Bashful

I think that everybody has a little bit of shyness in their life because that little bit of shyness identify you as a human being with feelings.

When you meet people you may shake their hands and look them

People who are bashful have problems giving eye contact to other people, those kind of persons can keep you from doing a lot of things in life that are good for you.

Bold people do things differently than shy people.

Bold people think and talk differently, they can be aggressive and they have also a strong personality so they are not afraid to speak up.

A bold person may not ask for permission for a glass of water but a shy person may not ask for a glass of water at all that's mean a bold person will get their own water but a shy person will not get their water at all because they think differently.

Feng Shui

Feng Shui

An ancient Chinese system of designing buildings and space arrangement according to special rules about the flow of energy, aimed at achieving harmony with the environment.

In Chinese mythology, a system of spiritual energies, both good and evil, present in the natural features of landscapes.

(feng shuis, present participle feng shuiing; pas and past participle feng shuied )

(transitive) To arrange a space according to the rules of Feng shui.
Ex. I'm going to have my bedroom feng shuied. Maybe this will finally bring me good luck.

Feng Shui

For me Feng shui is something new that I need to apply in my house I first need to start with clearing out my clutter those things of a minor value I should throw them away and just keep the useful ones, also keeping the apartment well ventilated and good quality light I think it will bring good Chi to my home.

I also learned that the are 5 basic elements of Feng Shui so in order to create balance and vibrant energy in all areas of you house, feng shui elements of wood, water, fire, earth and metal.

This mean that if you want to improve health you will need to place wood feng shui elements such as plants or wood furniture.

From my point of view if everyone of us start paying attention to the things we get to know like example feng shui we will be full of positive energy.

Shyness

I think that many of us have gone through being shy at least once or twice in our life, I was very shy myself when I was a teenager I did not use to talk much and when I had to speak to somebody I did not look at them to their eyes instead I faced down to the floor or up to the ceiling then I started thinking how to conquer shyness as this could be the result of me not having friends then I started overcoming this difficult part of my life and I succeed.

I knew that being shy would have not taken me any place but being aloof from people.

I think that when you realized of one problem you are facing then it is when you can decide if you are willing to conquer it.

No matter what the problem you are having is because long time before you there were others with the same problem you may face and they already wrote about it and the solutions.

Honesty

I think that honesty is the most important of all moral characters because lying wont take you anywhere and cheating will cause other people losing their trust on you. In a moment of our life we have tell a lie but there are different reasons why people lie some people lie because they dont want to hurt or cause any problem to others, or they conceal the truth of something and there are those people who think they know everything and their job is to mislead others with false information.

If we all take this as a serious matter and we think about the consequences brought when you lie or cheat, we should start creating self consciousness that telling the truth is the right way for everything maybe at the end this world could become better.

Additions

My point of view about additions

Additions are not to be taken as a trivial matter nowadays more and more people are abusing of substances like cigarettes, tabaco, alcohol and drugs which may cause health issues and even death.

There are some additions different than others, some of them easier to overcome others not that easy and sometimes people has to live the rest of their life fight against their compulsiveness. people can find help through therapy or by visiting support groups where others share their additions and find ways to overcome.

I do not think this is a matter a doctor can help you resolve and you might need professional help, there are a lot of people who are getting addicted to internet and mostly for pornography content, you can tell something is becoming an addition for you when you are dedicating too much time using it or doing it.
