A shy attitude, for some
people, involve being introverted, quiet and cautious; therefore, it need to be
treated as an illness.
Shyness can protect us from moving into new
experiences too quickly but can get you in a circle and don’t let others to
help them. People often aren’t concern about what to say and what they want. In
these cases, shyness can be a serious obstacle to social and professional
growth.
A shy person experience high anxiety in some
situation. For example, some of the secondary effects are nerviosism, high
quietness, lack of support from other people, a high low-esteem that don’t let
you trust in anyone and so on.
Shyness makes you more careful to avoid mistakes and
not taking risks although if you don’t do any trial and prevent mistakes, surely
you won’t succeed in life. In these case, people might be fearful to face
situation. Often shy people are afraid of being judged by people and hardly communicate
their thought and feeling to others, consequently they hardly find a counselor
to fix their problem.
In conclusion, shyness in a high rate is usually a
common problem and needs to be treated as an illness so people people should
realize how shyness impact their self esteem and look for a professional counselor
in order to overcome that barriers which don’t permit you succeed in life
