Shyness

                                           
In the book´s audio, there are an interview about shyness, where in the  question  of meaning of shyness,  the interviewee (professor Zimbardo) define it as a problem, like a terrible syndrome of negative consequence because  shy people are less popular, have less free of friend, have lower self esteem, they make less money, they life are more boring, they have less skill,  less  social support and they like to be alone. I am agree  with him in that part, but no everything are   bad when you are shy, there are some behavior that people get as a good thing when they are shy. For example: when someone is shy for get out without clothes, I means later of considerable ages, I think that it is a good shyness! When somebody is shy for asking for meals  an unknown person that  is eating or feel inhibited for starting to talk in middle two unknown person that are talking.

So, feel shyness is not good, but that no means that you have to be bold in all situations, there are some posture that you have to be bashful.
