                                                    Introduction

Student  don´t like make the practices that teach them a long knowledge, because it require of more works, more investigation, more concentration and more dedication. This job is one of those work that student don’t like to do, but it is the investigation that give me more learning during this semester.
The following report is a short investigation about street children in Dominican Republic. It is made by two purpose: the first is for improving the knowledge about  English language, where the writing has  been  more practiced by  making sentence, for building vocabulary by knowing new words which I extend my speech, and  the  second purpose is for know about one of the problem that have our country. Problem that our citizen don´t pay attention about it.

This report is developed by a definition about street children, some institution that  take  the street children, and a interview to one of this institution, which help me write this job.

THE Street Children.

"Street children" are the children who work, live and sleep in the streets, often lacking any contact with their families. It roots in the issues of poverty and how Dominican Republic is a poor country it isn´t out of this situation. It is unknown how many children there are in the street of Dominican Republic, but, although there are a lot of institution that take those children is amazing the number of street children in our country.                             Picture in Duarte Street in Dom. Conclusion

Later of this report I learned that sometime oneself is that made something difficult, big or impossible which make us think that  we  can´t do it, and for  that reason we don´t do it.

This work seemed like something difficult, because you have to look the information in Spanish and then write in English, but It was the most important in this job because I learned a lot of word that I didn´t know in English but that I use very much in Spanish, so it developed my English.

It was a good experience because I got knowledge about this problem (the street children) that affect us. It affect because all of this children represent more poverty, less improvement and they can become in criminal, and we can help for get better directly and indirectly; we can help directly bringing this child to one of this institution that I talk above, and indirectly fighting for a better political system.

I don´t look the importance of this work in how I did it or how can you seem it, for me is that I got a good experience and I learned very much.
