THE INTERNET ADDICTION
Internet addiction is one the biggest problem that our society face.
people are always into their cellphones, they are surfing in net while they walk on the
street, if they are having breakfast with friends or familie they are using the cellphone
or laptop even if they dont have the pnone with them , they are thinking about it , if they have message or not, who send it, they even listen the cellphones when it isnt ringing.
Other addictions that people face are: sex, gambling, coffee, shoping and some one.
People with addition have problem with relationship , school, work etc.
some symptoms of being addicted are : feel loneliness, depression etc.
some disadvantages of intenet addition are : people have not time for noodling ,
they are loosing creativiness because they are always in wed , they are not having
social life.
For summarizing som solutions are : reconize that you are addicted, go to support
group , therapy etc.
