The word NEET or nini in spanish means a person that is not in employment, education,or training.
Something that I could see in my country, Dominican Republic, is that we have a lot of neet and most of the neet are women.
This situation is happening in our poor neighbourhood for the lack of employment for young people that also create a lack of motivation of studing a carrer or doing a course in any area.
This is one or the principal reason that women are the principal neet in our country; because for this most of them get married when they are very young and their husbands are the reponsible of supporting them.
So if we want to resolve that problem, we have to start educating our children at home and motivate them in activities in which they can lear new things everyday to be a developed person in the future.
