Spriritual Renewal is to understand it is seen in the tradition of the church, how it is practiced depends on what have been your education about religion begining at home with parents, or it can depends on what you feel inside that makes you practice an spritual renewal. It is the process of growth and trasnformation into the image of God perhaps for getting aproche to him and feel peace.
The spiritual renewal is related with our learning, peolple who does't believe they have another thought about God and all of spiritual things , it makes that they lose their sensibility in their hearts, feeling empty inside, living sometimes without any sense of live, that's why there are many people suffering, depressing and kind of sad because they forget that there is a God who created us and we need to trust in his power and in his love.
Otherfore spiritual renewal means to me, to restore, to replace something old for something new a real and good change leaving bad thigs back and started doing good actions not damaging others make a change from inside a spiritual change not living just by appearance, changing the bad behavior, bad actitudes, not being selfish and started helping otrhers who needs our help.
