Addiction: is when you spend too much time in no productive something. Is something that you can not control it. There are a lot of kinds of addiction, like: sex, chocolat, shopping, tv, video james, etc…
Many people around the world try to overcome their addiction, and this is something that they have to do step by step. The first step is the acceptation of the problem. Second step is try to find help,or find somebody who can help you, mainly a psychologist. Every step is important to overcome the addiction, but those are two of the most important steps.
Sometimes you can spend time in other things which can make you forget the addiction. You can do exercise, go to gym, read some books, magazines or newspapers.
