Privacy at the Workplace

Nowadays security at the workplace have been taken to the borders. Since the employers don’t want their employees to do other things besides the things that are supposed to be done,so they have decided to take extreme action, like install cameras in the workplace, monitoring the phone calls, and make mandatory the use of an ID with your information every time that you go to a place inside the building and furthermore they even have  biometric systems that identify whether an employee enters or leave the installations.

Nevertheless all these systems and sophisticated gadgets might be problem not for the company but for the people that work for them, since employees don’t feel comfortable being monitored all the time as if they were criminals, in my opinion, I believe that it is uncomfortable however it’s necessary sometimes but not always because being under pressure can affect negatively they work environment and as a consequence bad results.
