the oldest people

In my opinion,I think the oldest people in my country not recieve the help they need,because the government don¨t have a institucion where they can to be attended in case that their  close family or close friends have died.
according to the doctors the oldest people can have longlife if they do something to relax,stay busy,find some-thing to laugh about,aet healthy food.But I think if they not recieve the help of close family,close friends, any institucion, in imposible that the oldest people have longlife.
talk with the oldest people can be interesting, becuase they can remember aboutof our history, for example my grand-father used to talk to me about the government when trujillo was president, he told me these era there were   too many restrictings for the citizens.My grand-father was guard in this time.
He died nine years ago,he was 99 years old, I miss him and he teached me that the more important is to know that someone support you and want the best for you.
