I am so happy to write about Centenarians. It is just because most of the time we do not pay attention to them. We believe they are too old to correct us and that we can do anything we want our ways. First of all, it should not be like that. We have to love, to respect, and to take care of them anytime we get chances to do so. They are the best teachers ever due to the fact that they have got a lot of experiences. Sometimes, life is really tough and when we get in trouble, we need those old smart people to help us out with our terrible situations.
These are three suggestions some Centenarians offer about living to be 100.
- Work hard
- Stay busy
- Always find something to laugh about
Nothing is very easy in this world and it is good to know that if we work hard, we will get some great benefits from it.
