To day is very common found that employers monitoring the action of the employees,they evaluate the quality of their work.they used camera, smart phone,computer etc.
sometimes the employees know about the equipment and they know about the place where the equipment is located ,but it isn't reason for employees make infraction and violate the laws.
when the employees are trapped ,they ere penalized in the job.
i agreed with the use of camera but in some cases the employees don't have privacy.

ReplyDeleteWell for me it's okay, if you were an employer maybe you could be interesting about what your employees are doing... but also what about you something wrong happen in your job? like someone try to damage you or someone get an emergency, so it has good and bad point..
