The Tipping point of some places

All developed countries went through a growing process. Many of their inhabitants suffered poverty, wars, food and water shortage, unemployment and many other problems. In the Dominican Republic we are still in that process. That is why we are a non-developed country, because we are still working on becoming a developed one. However, in order to get that, not only our government needs to change or improve, but also the people's mind. We need to stop thinking like poor people who throw garbage wherever they go, who always try to cut in line, who can't follow instructions. First, we change ourselves, then, our country improves and succeeds.
