It means when someone has lived or had something important, one example is happening now in our country about robs, it is getting worse every day, we don't k now what to do to resolve that problem, many people are nervious, because they have been holder up and they are under medical prescription in order to face or forgive that problem, but we have a hope that it will change soon.
But I want to mention an important Tipping Point in our community, it was when people from LA Barquita changed their lives with new apparent given to them by the actual President Lic. Danilo Medina, I feel happy because I now a person who is one of the owners of those apparnents.
