Water is one of the most importants services for the population ,it not a secret that our life depend on water .we have many difficulties for obtain it.
In the Dominican Republic there are some problems with this ,in my case i would say the most importants aspects are:
Quality (not secure because people can get sick for bacteria , parasites ,etc).
Accesibility (There are some places where people have no access ).
Many of these problems are responsability of the government like ,quality, accesibility and quantity, Other are responsablility of the population , for example there are people that spent much water
