The bold and the bashful
No one wants to be shy because that can affect any situation in the life, but no one tries to be. Most of us are a little shy in new situation, but if you want to avoid to be any shy you have to be like the life of the patty. Any one has had that kind of friend that is the clown friend who is the most social and he can also join all friend in the group. This kind of attitude tells you that you are not shy, and also tells you that if you take this attitude you will be absolutely extroverted. What is shyness? Shyness is the feeling of apprehension, lock of comfort, or awkwardness especially when a person is in proximity to other people. This commonly occurs in new situations or with unfamiliar people. Shyness can be a characteristic of people who have low self-esteem. Stronger forms of shyness are usually referred to as social anxiety or social phobia.
