The oldest people.
I agree with many reports about how people are living more than before, I mean is that longevity is a good development in this time when you turn on television you can see on the news a lot of reports about people, which are living over than one hundred years old, and the majority of them have been practicing some sport and eating healthy food like vegetables, fruits, and many others cases strong food. On the other hand, my grand-mother died when she was only 78 years old, but she never used all these technologies and diets that exist nowdays, and she never made excersices.
thinking well , technologies, and healthy food have been helping to increase longevity in a lot of people.
