If you really want to achive to live longer  and to have a better life quality then you should follow these tips:

  1. heredity and family history
  2. health, i.e. weight, diet, whether or not a person smokes, amount of exercise
  3. education level
  4. personality
  5. lifestyle[

Obviously some of them cannot be followed like number 1 or number 4 but you can work on the rest and good luck.
