  1. Well, I got my own experience about elderly people, first of all my grandma that is my mum`s mother, when she died she was 120 years-old and my great-granpa died when he was 137. In my family all of us last long and the secret is the feeding mode and how one eats. Although medicine was not developed, the food was healthier because there were not a lot of industries and the air was not tainted. Food was fresher than today and pesticides were not used as are used today.

    the secret of longevity today is workout, When you exercise and eat healthy, your body works better and has a lower risk of diabetes, certain cancers or heart attack. It is shown that when one maintains the ideal weight and is careful to eat, you ensure a longer life here on earth.
