Spiritual Renewal for me, When I feel relax, quiet, comfortable, when you do things right, when in peace with God, when you feel that peace inside.

When We Talk About Spiritual renewal, we talk the bible, people who go on retreats to spiritual houses, as priests and pastors, about fasting for spiritual people fasting is good for your well-being, they feel relaxed and in communion with God.

There are people who one day are taken to be fasting and prayer, the Christian not only do that in church retreats, also in their homes with their families, friends, community, etc. others go to a mountain, desert somewhere, where only nature is heard.

Is very comfortable feel that peace, prayer take hours or full night, fasting by day, reading the Bible, that helps you have a life a little lighter
