              TIPS TO BE 100.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 The first you need to do a calender, in the mornin you need walk one to three hours every day. eat fruits and vegetables fresh, do regimen  of exercise  example aerobics ,swimming for twenty- twenty five minutes,do physical activities as yoga ,dance, hooping  and the last to be positive and  optimism every day.
