I found an important page named:Web of addictions, in this page we have informations about all type of addictions,isntitutions that help peoples whos are addicted, authors who writed about it, forms to prevent addictions, but almost all of then are international institutions.
I think addiction is the dependense of something,like drogs, alcohol or whatever thing if you can't live without it.
