SHYNESS

    Many people think shyness must be your natural way to be and so can’t be helped. While it is natural, there are plenty of things you can do to help yourself overcome shyness, and even some famous celebrities started out shy.

  Tips to overcome shyness:
  • Start with a smile.
  • Conversation Starters.(practice at home and learn).
  • Look for Opportunities. (give yourself a chance and find opportunities to be more outgoing).
  • Release Tension with Physical activities.
  • Find Your Strengths (shy people are overly self-conscious).
  • Stop Comparing (excessive negative self-evaluation is usually a wrong way to think).
  • Rejection is Okay (confidence is naturally shattered with rejection).
  • Be Yourself.

-Pizza, which most people love, is not very healthy.
-The people whose names are on the list will go to camp.
-Grandpa remembers the old days when there was no television.
-Fruit that is grown organically is expensive.
-Students who are intelligent get good grades.
-Eco-friendly cars that run on electricity save gas.
-I know someone whose father served in World War II.
