in my field I have seen many situciones rejection by more joves to the old. sometimes it hurts and make me ill percentile. one of the rejection is that the majorities of young people relax and tell him about his name and family. do nothing to counteract this evil.

you are right is some way it is a shame that people love you for what you have no for what you are....And that do not just happen in DR but also all around the world because we, people, are forgetting our values and we are just thinking about money and how can we get advantage about people around us..
