Unit IV The tipping point

Grammar:


Adverb clauses of result show the result of a situation. These clauses define something that is the result of an action that happened before.
For example:
1. The movie was so understandable that I had to watch it twice.
2. I was so happy that I ate all food in the refrigerator.
3. The car accident was such a mess that people had to call 911.
4. It was such nice weather that we went to Barbarella.
5. It was such good tea that I had another cup.
6. Mary speaks so fast that I can't understand her.
