Toast to the tap: The water we drink

Toast to the tap: The water we drink

I need to talk about water situation in D. R. And what the government should do with this problem. I think we have a big trouble when we taste some kind of bottled water or drinking it straight from the faucet. When we toast to the tap, or we take a sip, we notice a strange taste that it could be gritty and bitter and we can see the water a little cloudy. Even though we are not master water tasters, we can recognize when the water is well. In this country’s theme “Water”, is important everywhere, but is it fit to drink? The government should focus on water safety, new regulations and trends, and new directions in bottled water. Issues explored included the impact of the new Safe Drinking Water Act, the health benefits of drinking water, and the safety of bottled water compared to tap water. According to my opinion, bottled water is now the fastest growing segment of the beverage industry, surpassing the soft drink industry. Ending with this subject, I think is better to buy bottled water because it is a problem to taste water from the faucet.
