Nowadays internet use has a lot advantages and disadvantages,
and each person’s internet use is different. The internet provides us several sources of information
and entertainments and we can access to internet from most smart phones,
laptops, tablets, and computers it does not matter the place or time. Most people
might need to use the internet extensively for work, and important resources and
those people are not addicted to internet at all.
The time spent online can be hugely productive but
compulsive internet use can interfere with daily life, work and relationships
and it becomes a problem when we spend a lot of time online with things that do
not have profit.
Many people turn to the internet in order to manage
unpleasant feeling such as stress, loneliness, depression ad anxiety ad they
feel more comfortable with online friend than the real ones and also an internet
addicted person can not stop playing games, gambling, chatting, or compulsive
surfing. When you are addicted to internet you lose the track of time and it might
cause physical discomfort like dry eyes or strained vision, backaches, neck
aches, headaches, sleep disturbance and also you can gain or lose weight.
Everyone has to balance the spent time online because everyday the technology
is more advanced and we have to use the internet for any purpose , so be careful how to use the net.
