Toast to the tap: The water we drink

Unit four was very interesting for me and funny at the same time.well, funny because it reminds me of one person from Europe that came to the Dominican  Republic on a mission trip, that was back in 2007.I was one of the translaters.the group arrived on saturday morning to Las americas International Airport, after that we head to San Juan de la Maguana(not Puerto Rico unfortunately) and got there at 3 in the afternoon. The first thing the group did was the official meeting to give the corrresponding information about the country, I mean how to behave here , the DOS and DON'TS but there was one problem.one member was walking around or exploring , I do not know exactly what he was doing but he was not where he was supposed to be and because of this, he was going to drink water from the tap or faucet in the camp, thanks to God that I was there to stop him and I told him that if  he drinks this water, it was going to be the last water he was going to drink in his lifetime. The whole  group had tons fo fun that particular day. This topic is very intersting because for me 75 percent of the human body is water and the same info goes for the earth. One day I was telling a group of people in L.A (Los Acarrizos not Los Angeles) and I was explaining  to them that in super developed countries  people drink water  from the tap or faucet  .I have some questions: when will  that be possible in the D.R, well the answer is very difficult and it is a homework for you as well.Tap water is a phrase that can't be used in countries like this.
