Here is the psychologist that had a mention in the book in unit 3- in the listening part (pag 50). He was talking about, ''Americans are getting Shyer''. In an interview from the Radio news program Morning Edition aired on National Public Radio in the United States.
I got interested in look something about him, and I'm surprised because He has a lot of researches, Books and experiments about diferentes topics, such as: Shyness, Bad Influences, Violence in Work, The Lucifer Effect: Understanding How Good People Turn Evil, Motivation , So on and so forth.
