The  Internet And Others  Addictions

Addiction is a disorder as an over use of something, such a internet, cell phone, T.V, videos game, etc.

Some people became addicted because spent a lot of time on the internet or videos game.

I have a friend that is addicted to the videos game, he got hooked on video game when he was on summer vacation. Now he spent hours playing and he has to buy a new one as soon as it come out. When i speak to him i say " you need to do other activities  because this addiction is all consuming, but he explains me that when he started play videos game, it became impossible for him to drag himself away, now he turned into a real addicted.

now he is looking for help and he assist to the support group. this group teaches him how to reduce the time in the game, but he decided quit cold turkey.
