Does the water we drink in our country deserve to toast for it?

We should think about this question because of the title we are going to study in unit 4 which is "TOAST TO THE TAP: THE WATER WE DRINK"

All of us know that in our country the quality of water is not good enough for human consumption. Water should not have any smell or flavor and government has to warranty that the water we drink has to be of excellent quality. In the Dominican Republic, the water from the tap is not dependable for human consumption and most of the people have to buy it from private water treatment plants. Without water life is not possible in the planet earth because this liquid is essential for any entity like: human being, animals, and herbage.   

Countries like Japan and the rest of Europe, warranty the service of water to their citizens. In Japan for instance, anybody can drink water from the tap because Japanese government is the only one responsible for the water treatment plants which are scattered all over the Japanese archipelago. In Europe, countries like: Sweden, Netherlands, Norway, and Austria fresh water is a premium issues for the governments of these countries so their citizens are convinced that the water they drink is good enough to consumption without question.
