Adjectives ending in -ed- and -ing-

An adjective that ends in -ed- is used to describe a feeling.
An adjective that ends in -ing- is used to describe characteristcs of a person or a thing.

Here we have some examples:

My father was bored in the party.
My best friend in an interesting person.
The class was so boring that all the students fell asleep.
All of the students were bored in the class.
