The Three Kind of People

Everybody has qualities that define us, these belong to our personality and we need to accept due to this we are human being. All has virtues and faults that are essentials on our life, but we must fix our faults and in this way we can help us to get a better life. In the main topic in the current composition I want to talk about the three kind of people that we saw in the Unit 4. Malcom Gadwell in his book "The Tipping Point" describe the three kind of spread ideas, we will learn more these personalities.  The first kind of people that we will see are " Connectors",  they are extroverts or bold, connectors always are making news friends, they enjoy going to party and meeting news people, also they are the soul of the party, connectors always we can see them happy, the problem of this kind of people is that don't are methodical and trust easily in stranger that cheate them, but is a good quality be bashful ( but we must have care when meet someone). The second is who I identify mainly, "Maven", the maven are people who have special knowledges about a or many topics, they have a lot of interesting things to say or share with others people, they are reading or getting news informations and enjoy sharing with his friends, mavens are people with we can talk about any topics. However some people could see them like a vains, and sometimes they are misunderstood for a lot of people. The third kind of people are "Salesmen"  for me sometimes could be "dangers" because they have the power to convence people easily, this people have the hability to get everybody and handler for good or bad reasons, in good reasons they can convence people to do the corect or avoid the mistakes, although if are for bad reasons these are so dangers for our society, due to they can be: psychopaths, sociopaths, swindlers, is important to know that many  dictators have this personality. I define myself like "mix of the three" ( more maven, and some of connectors,  and little of salesmen). Is important that we use our personalities to be a better human being because in this way we built a better world.

our society needs to be re-formed, and it is something that could not be done by the goverment neither the mass , nor the highclass could change a whole society , it must be done by the citizen itself, small changes cause a big change. you want a clean street, stop littering and you will get it, you want to stop the corruption, start being honest and you will get it, you want an organized society , organize your house and you will get it.

start changing yoursel and the ones around you will change as well.

introverted AND extroverted?

Resultado de imagen para shyReading some news about people that are shy , I found information about some people who i thought were not shy. Jonny Deep a famous actor admitted to be shy ,Kin Cardashian, Kristeen Steeward, Selena Gomez and some others are on top of this list.we all know they have been all but shy.

I would like to know how people can be shy an outgoing at the same time?.I do describe myself as a shy person , I would not put myself at the spot in front of other people,i"d rather feel much more confortable in a indoor place than in outdoor enviroments ,i dont like people tasting my knowledge or gacing directly at me in any situation but if i have to face it i do it, I know that that is a disadvantage ,but what I mean is can You be bold and bashful at the same time?

The Tipping Point

The tipping point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire. Just as a single sick person can start an epidemic of the flu, so too can a small but precisely targeted push cause a fashion trend, the popularity of a new product, or a drop in the crime rate. This widely acclaimed bestseller, in which Malcolm Gladwell explores and brilliantly illuminates the tipping point phenomenon, is already changing the way people throughout the world think about selling products and disseminating ideas.

human being is slaved by the technology

Reading some researchs about psychologists who studied internet adiction, i found something really interesting.they say that people addicted to internet is unable to just be alone with only their thoughts to entertain them.

people in this situation use technology to resolve the easiest task, the psychologysts made an study with some people who use the internet at least 42 hours weekly, they gave them an exam with simple and personal questions, let say 3x7 or why is the sky blue?.more than one admited to cheat on it using the cellphone to look for the information through the internet or using any tool this provide them.

how technology is invading out life is something really overwhelming ,people addicted to tech is let in it to take the control of they though, their mind and even their lives.
What does it mean to be shy?
Shyness (also called diffidence) is the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort, or awkwardness especially when a person is around other people. This commonly occurs in new situations or with unfamiliar people. Shyness can be a characteristic of people who have low self-esteem.
                                                                                                                Wikipedia
I feel very identified with this topic because I used to be quite shy. Because of this personality people thought things that were not true about me. Being shy prevented me in some way from developing the English language when it had to be. At that moment I was not able to establish conversations with strangers and as a result of this did not have a large circle of friends.

But things have changed and my personality is no longer the same, I am able to establish conversations under any circumstances, I have lost the fear of expressing myself and saying what I think because I realized that being the way I was would lose many job opportunities, study development etc.

Privacy at the Workplace

Nowadays security at the workplace have been taken to the borders. Since the employers don’t want their employees to do other things besides the things that are supposed to be done,so they have decided to take extreme action, like install cameras in the workplace, monitoring the phone calls, and make mandatory the use of an ID with your information every time that you go to a place inside the building and furthermore they even have  biometric systems that identify whether an employee enters or leave the installations.

Nevertheless all these systems and sophisticated gadgets might be problem not for the company but for the people that work for them, since employees don’t feel comfortable being monitored all the time as if they were criminals, in my opinion, I believe that it is uncomfortable however it’s necessary sometimes but not always because being under pressure can affect negatively they work environment and as a consequence bad results.
