                                                              The oldest  people.

I agree with many reports about  how people are living more than before, I mean is that longevity is a good development in this time when you turn on television   you can see on the news a lot of reports about people, which are living over than one hundred years old, and the majority of them have been practicing some sport and eating healthy food  like vegetables, fruits, and many others cases strong food. On the other hand, my grand-mother died when she was only 78 years old, but she never used all these technologies and diets that exist nowdays, and she never made excersices.
thinking well , technologies, and healthy food have been helping to increase longevity in a lot of people.

• The owners of Bashful and Bold, Bob & Bev or their designated club managers have the ultimate say regarding activities to be permitted or not, at all Bashful and Bold events. If you have a question do not hesitate to ask them.
   
• Bashful and Bold is predominantly a couples club and as such does not permit singles except within the context of a threesome or on specially designated nights.
   
• What you see at Bashful and Bold events and who attends Bashful and Bold events, must absolutely stay at the Bashful and Bold events! Complete discretion is expected from all in attendance.
   
• Cameras of any kind are not to be used at our club without the express permission of management. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
   
• As a member of Bashful and Bold, an adult club, you are expected to conduct yourself in an adult manner. Strict adherence to courtesy & respect is expected by all.  If you have a problem, concern or just general question, please contact the owners of Bashfuland Bold, Bob & Bev or their designated club managers for clarification.
   
• All play must follow the basic rules of safe, sane and consensual. NO means NO, always.
   
• Activities of a sexual nature are permitted anywhere in our club although decorum needs to be observed in all areas not designated as play areas. If unsure, please clarify with the owners of Bashful and Bold, Bob & Bev or their designated club managers. Safe sex practices are always strongly encouraged and are considered a personal responsibility. Plan appropriately. Please bring your own condoms and lubricants, also readily available for purchase at the bar.
   
• Towels are readily available in the play area.  They or another suitable covering of yours, needs to be placed on the furniture or beds where any activity occurs which could result in the expulsion of body fluids or from a spill of any type of liquid.  Used towels/coverings need to be deposited in the hampers provided.
   
• Street drugs, smoking of cigarettes (other than in a designated smoking area), prostitution and solicitation in any form are strictly prohibited!
   
• Alcohol is permitted on a B.Y.O.B. basis, must be checked in at the bar upon arrival andmust be consumed only in the defined social areas.  You are not permitted to bring in non-alcoholic beverages unless you pay the $10/couple unlimited non-alcoholic beverage fee. Should you wish to use the playroom, please observe that only water is permitted in this area.
   
• Do not touch other people's toys (human or otherwise!) without the owner's permission.
   
• Designated play areas cannot be reserved. First come, first served.
   
• As your parents used to say: "Clean up your own mess!"  This includes depositing used towels, and sheets if changed, into the hampers provided. If sheets need to be changed, please let management know or replace with sheets from the dresser beside the hot tub. The massage table & bench should be wiped down after each use. Cleaning products can be found on the dresser beside the hot tub. Wastebaskets can be found in each room for all disposable items.

Hello people!

I want to share something with you is about Gia Marie Carangi.
The first time that I Heard its name was in a conversation that  I had with my friend Alexandra, and she asked me, Do you know Gia Mary Carangi ?, and she said to me, seeks information and you will be surprised.
Gia's story is incredible: Gia Marie Carangi, was an american fashion model during the late 1970s and early 1980s. Carangi is considered by some to be the first supermodel, this girl got occupy the first pages of all the important magazines of the era of the 70. This girl was super beautiful.
Gia Marie Carangi had everything to succeed, and really she gets everything in the world of fashion.
The story of Gia in my opinion was very sad, your life very difficult, she had money, followers, and fame, but had little support of his family, adolescence was surrounded by family conflicts. she had problems with drugs,marihuana, heroin.
 It is said that Gia, was the first famous woman who died of AIDS.
This is a story very interesting, if you want to know about this story intruduce, or put your name in google,Gia Marie Carangi,  or seeks his film starring by Angelina Jolie a little sad, but excellent film,live a short but brilliant life died at the age of 26 year in 1986.

THE BOLD AND BASHFUL

 Bold and Bashful are characteristics common in people of our country, you can find people very shy, but you can also find people very bold.

Shyness: Is an aspect that affects personal relationships. It is considered a pattern of behavior that limits social development of those who experience it in their daily lives. It is not a disease.
These are conditions that in some aspects of our lives help us, but not in others.

   Shy people have low self-esteem.

                                                  The bold

The bold is always ready to party, have good humor, is sympathetic, if he likes a girl seeks conversation with her, is a safe person has a high self-esteem, For example in Dominican Republic you can find many bold, in the university, baseball stadiums, on the beaches, etc.
Be bold has its advantages, but be very bold has its disadvantages too.

note: if you want to see people bold visit one of our beaches, or places of entertainment ,and you will notice the wide variety we have. Holy Week  is a good time for you to know, learn and enjoy with these people bold.








 

The Oldest Old: A look at centenarians

I have to say that I got impressed when I read this topic on the book and searched for more information on the internet, finding the increased longebity as a notable result of scientists development and the modern era. Being old no longer means being sick and close death but means being more experimented and having a better life quality in many advance countries and developtment countries as well.

We´re changing the the way we used to see elderly in the past from a declining stage to start seeing that stage  as another one full of life and goals for being achieve.

Being old no longer means being sick or death in life but being alive, enjoying everything around us.
