Tap water is drinking water. Water is the most important element in the world, they can be life without water.
In Dominican republic water quality is threatened, and peolpe prefer buy bottled water because it is healthier than tap water.

Tap water is not healthy because the pipes are to contaminated , people can not drink the tap water, because it is not safe,  but the goverment is supposed to provide safe drinking water, without contamination.If nobody pay attention to this matter our future is going to be a disaster.

                      

The polyanna syndrome         

I ´ve never heard about the pollyanna syndrome, until in my english class the teacher expleaned about this personality type.

A pollyanna refers to a very optimistic person. The name comes from the heroin of a 1913 novel, Pollyanna, who had an overly optimistic outlook on life.

Pollyanna have positive viewpoint of life, pollyanna people think that all is for the best, but in my personal opinion this kind of person are unrealistic, because you do not have to be pesimist but you have to be concerned about what is happening.

                                             Bashful people

A bashful person is some one very quiet , does not like to talk to much an frequently like to be alone. For this kind of person is not easy sicialize.                                                                                                         Bashful people are to reticent, and get nervous when they have to speak in public. Be a bashful person can has negatives consequences, it can not permit a good business relations.
They are more private an less public, do not like the pictures, and is very hard to them to be the party hosts.

Almost always they aare not pleased with theirphisical aparience and I think this is one step that do not permit them to be comfortable in diferent kind of social situations.

                  Bold people 

Bold people like to try new experiences, are very open in social situations, they created opportunieties, also they are so popular, and friendly, love go out, meet new peolpe. For them it is no a problem to do or say what they think or whant.

Bold people do not care about what other can say or thing about their condut , they like to surprise, to shine in the party. Also a bold person makes the first  move, it is ready always. They believe in them self and do what they whant to do.

                                          Old people

People in Dominican Republic Should have better atention, every day in the news we can see how people that work their youth for a company,  when they get old are pensioned but they do not recive protection, and, any kind of benefit, even they paged and worked for that this could be posible.

Old people do not have to take care of themselve, for me a old people are like childrens, they need help with they activitiesof daily living, and love from their family.

                            The internet and other addictions

the internet has many advantage such as communication, shop, study, and also people can page bills. It has had a big impact in the world, but the use of the this system  out of control can be dangerous .The internet is use for personal things, busines, and enterteiment.  Although it is important and necessary, but as I mencioned before it can be so dangerous.

For me a person who espends forty hours online every week is considered internet addict and this addiction is not less destructive that alcoholism, drug, sex, nicotine, etc. We have to be careful with our habits, for example I know a boy who spends 4 hours a day doing exercise, six days a week, I think he is an exercise freak. As the teacher said in the class, they are a lot of  kind of addictions : Shopoholic, chocoholic, telepfone addict, and other We have to be very consernd and do not permit that nothing affect our personal life.
