Bashful : means shy or timid . You might feel bashful when meeting famous people , a high -ranking goverment official or we can feel shy to speak in public, to express our ideas or do anything in specific.

 Sometimes situations in life in which being timid have missed opportunities of interest fear  has mistakes occur or be criticized stop risking those  occasions we facw in life for our benefit

   Bold and bashful are personality traits. In fact, world is full of people with these traits. For example, some are bold like my mother(assertive, life of the party, social buttefly, and talk a blue streak). Other are bashful like me (shy, timid, reticent, wallflower).

     In reality, I had not worried about being shy until I listened to Dr. Zimbardo. He says: Shy people are less popular, they have fewer friends, they have lower self esteem, they make less money, their life is more boring, they have less intimacy, less sex, they have fewer leadership skills, less social support, they are more likely to be depressed and as you get older more likely to be lonely.

These are really adverse consequences that I don't want to carry with me.

     I am a shy person but it depends the enviroment. When I don't know people I'm very timid. With my friends I'm outgoing and very talkative becuase I feel in confidence.

     It's hard for me to act in natural way when I'm speaking in public I'm nervous and anxious.

DECORATING MY HOME

¨FENG SHUI OR NOT IS MY STYLE ¨

 When I decided to decorate my home I make a mixture of colors, ideas and different forms to place the furniture at home. 

 One of my favorites was putting horizontally the sofa and in a vertical way the dining room.    On the walls I painted  white spots to clear the area. Then I put some purple plastic butterflys on in it. One thing I din´t want to miss was my angels. I bought a mirror and pottery with angel theme. 

 Is a tradicional thing the fragants in the feng shui culture. I listened an expert saying: ¨Scents and aromatherapy are used in Feng Shui to encourage balance and harmony, and to trigger a specific emotional response¨.

 In my case I like to use watermelon scent it brings me happiness and harmony.

My favorite place is the bathroom that why I decorate more than the kitchen or the balcony. 

 Feng Shui or not  my aparment takes life with  some feng shui tips.

• Look for Opportunities. (give yourself a chance and find opportunities to be more outgoing).

• Stop Comparing (excessive negative self-evaluation is usually a wrong way to think).
• Rejection is Okay (confidence is naturally shattered with rejection).

 I said, “honesty is the best policy”. Because if we are honest people will believe us. They will give value to our words and dealings. An honest shop-keeper will fetch more customers than a dishonest shop-keeper. A dishonest shop-keeper may be profited by cheating some people for sometime. So, an honest man prospers while a dishonest man falls down. The honest man respected by all. They have a good position in the society. The honest men fare in all walks of life. So, it is said that honesty is the best policy.

 If people in the Dominican Republic apply an honesty policy will be an independent nation.

Some Internet users may develop an emotional attachment to on-line friends and activities they create on their computer screens. Internet users may enjoy aspects of the Internet that allow them to meet, socialize, and exchange ideas through the use of chat rooms, social networking websites, or "virtual communities."  

 A live example of an Addicted Internet Sufer is to be distracted of the reality. In a family reunion or a social activity they do not pay attetion when somepeople board them.

 They are thinking in the Labtop or Desktop computer or in a new web page. In conclusion, a person with a internet addiction is clearly focus on this topic.

when you are shy person you don't say your ideas, you lost the opportunity to express your felling or ideas in front the others.

Generally shy people aren't  good at eye contact, may have defensive body language,  May prefer being by themselves or  find it difficult you talk people.

I may feel shy in some moments, because sometimes Ifind it´s difficult for me to talk to stranger. And I often have trouble thinking of the rigth things to say, when Iam in a party, or in a group of people  I don´t know.

According Wikipedia honesty means being trustworthy, loyal, fair, and sincere. It's no just as a lot people think that is just say the truth, honesty involve also the way we do the things. It's a pleasure for me to talk about the English class.Because i felt very well since the first English class.The main reason that i like that class so the profesor has a good strategy to share what he knwos to the class not only the ability to improve the fluency speakingand and also good grammar and then increase the vocabulary.So i'm very glad to attend that  class because i learn many things in it.I wish i had a class like that.

The alcohol as an addiction

Alcohol in excess is harmful to health in some people consume exaggeration and to become addicted, to point of being unable to live without alcohol,forgetting the negative effects it brings to life.
