The oldest old: A Look at Centenarians

I would like to talk about when old age begins because you can be 50 years old and think that you are young, but also you can be 25 years old and feel old. I asked to my partners as a survey, what they think about it. And they answered me that young and older people have different views about when old age begins, even older men and women don't agree. Then when do you think old age begins, and how does the term "old age" apply to your life? Maybe age is only a number for me. I am a very proud young and I always like to be young. If you are peppy even though you are 90 years old, you are young I think. After that I asked when is a person old?

And one of them said: If a person is not able to care for themselves, to me that person is old. He may only be 20 years old but if someone else has to feed him, wash him, dress him then he or she is old. If a person is able to take good care of themselves when they are 80 years old, then they are not old, yet. Finally, I suggest you “Living like young but thinking like old”

First of all, we need to know that when you create dependency towards something, such as food, alcohol, drugs, or any physical activities, we are talking about an addiction, having this in mind, make us think that this mental illness is here since the beginning of times, but currently this problem has cover the world overwhelmingly; we see people that can’t leave their home without their cells phones, don’t interact lively we other persons because is easier doing it through a monitor, Smartphone or other devise, actually we can see family members interacting with each other via internet, being at home at the same time. I truly believe and love technology but we need to do something about this because we are in the era of high tech communication and it is when we are less communicated.

   About the feng shui Im applying these techniques in my house and it is amazing the way I feel after Im doing it.

   Hello teacher, you have no idea of how much I have learned in your class, Im taking a trainning and it feels so good to be knowledgable and that is thanks to you.

Americans drink more than one billion glasses of tap water per day!  In fact, children in the first six months of life consume seven times as much water per pound as the average American adult.
 A safe water supply is critical to protecting health.  In the United States, community water supplies are tested every day.  EPA has drinking water regulations for more than 90 contaminants.  Collectively, water utilities in this country treat nearly 34 billion gallons of water daily!
 Try to imagine your daily routine without tap water.  How would you shower without it?  Could you wash your fruit and vegetables?  Clean your clothes?  Scrub your dishes?  Tap water touches every aspect of our lives, from the products we use to the food we eat.  Even firefighting would be impacted without tap water.  Firefighters depend on a reliable water system with high pressure and volume.  In most communities, water flowing to fire hydrants is conveyed by the same system of water mains, pumps and storage tanks as the water flowing to your home.

 Many communities are implementing protection efforts to prevent contamination of their drinking water supplies.  These communities have found that the less polluted water is before it reaches the treatment plant, the less extensive and expensive the efforts needed to safeguard the public’s health.  You can help to protect your public water supply, too.  Limit your use of fertilizers and pesticides, clean up after your pets and don’t throw trash in storm drains.
