Cults

There are alot of kind of cults around the world that are handled by freaky leaders whose focus in the  masses manipulation so, this religious organizations could be dangerous for the human being, because they would provoke hatred, fanatism, sexism and racism in the population and they would create murders for wrong interpretations from different slogans expressed in the cults.

Nowadays, we can see different kind of cults and I'm going to mention a few of them: Amish, Mormons, Scientology, UFOS, Skinhead, Black Panthers, New Era, Oriental cults as: Thugges, Yakuza, Budism, Taoism, Hinduism, also we can find some theories supporting this ideas as Urban Legends, Conspiracy Theories, Science Fiction magazines and movies.

Foundation theories

The goal of feng shui as practiced today is to situate the human built environment on spots with good qi. The "perfect spot" is a location and an axis in time.^[25][26]

Qi (pronounced "chee" in English) is a movable positive or negative life force which plays an essential role in feng shui.^[28] In feng shui as in Chinlese martial arts, it refers to 'energy', in the sense of 'life force' or élan vital. A traditional explanation of qi as it relates to feng shui would include the orientation of a structure, its age, and its interaction with the surrounding environment including the local microclimates, the slope of the land, vegetation, and soil quality.^{[citation needed]}

The Book of Burial says that burial takes advantage of "vital qi." Wu Yuanyin^[29] (Qing dynasty) said that vital qi was "congealed qi," which is the state of qi that engenders life. The goal of feng shui is to take advantage of vital qi by appropriate siting of graves and structures.^[26]

One use for a Luopan is to detect the flow of qi.^{[30][citation needed]} Magnetic compasses reflect local geomagnetism which includes geomagnetically induced currents caused byspace weather.^[31] Professor Max Knoll suggested in a 1951 lecture that qi is a form of solarradiation.^[32] As space weather changes over time,^[33] and the quality of qi rises and falls over time,^[26] feng shui with a compass might be considered a form of divination that assesses the quality of the local environment—including the effects of space weather.

FENG SHUI...

I've never heard about the meaning of that, even though that word, until three or four weeks ago in my English classroom. When was time to start the unit related to Feng Shui. I agree with some things we were talking about in the classroom, I disagreed with others. The most that I agree with is the one that says depending on what kind of color you dress on your feelings also are. And that's true because I have noticed when I have a glad mood I wear light bright color just like yellow, green, orange. When I feel more confident, romantic, funny, comfortable, and sometimes clumsy with myself I usually wear light pink, dark pink, and purple. When I am sad or bored I wear black clothesand so on. When we were doing our listening exercises in the book, someone said that it is not recommendable to place mirrors in the bedroom, but I don't believe it too much, because i.e. in this country most of the people not to say everybody place mirrors in their bedrooms, and I haven't heard a weird story about that nor I haven't had a bad experience on it until now and I hope I haven't. I also like when that person said it is not good to give your back to any gate or entry because that's not secure, someone could attack yourself and couldn't notice.

Cults

Cults can be defined as religious, political self help, philosophical or counselling groups whose believes or practices are considered estranges.Even though many people have the perception that all the cults are bad I have to say that there are for example the self help and counselling cults give advice and help to those who need it. However it is also important to say that cults not always are positive why? because in these days people are getting evil, it is lamentable that there isn´t any rule that stop the spreading of cults and also these people who want to take advantage of weak people. We should be aware of this problem because we are being manipulated for people who just want to obtain and satisfy their needs.

Feng Shui

I´ve heard about Feng Shui thousands of time in movies, magazines, news paper, but I must confess that I thought it was a kind of exercise very a like to yoga. I was never interested in to get to know about Feng Shiu until I read about it in my English book. I didn´t know Feng Shui was very important in the human being life, because it totally stabilize them economically, physically, psychologically etc. What I learned about this topic was that Feng Shui has many advantages such as: tun your bad mood into good mood, your incomes arise, your life is healthier and so on. The only bad about Feng Shui is that it is kind of expensive so not many people can afford it, , but I think is is worthy because you are not just going to be comfortable physically but also psychologically

Addicted to drugs

Some people are able to use recreational or prescription drugs without ever experiencing negative consequences or addiction. For many others, substance use can cause problems at work, home, school, and in relationships, leaving you feeling isolated, helpless, or ashamed with people or family, proper use of drugs are use to relieve or prevent allergies but people use to satisfy themselves,when they are completely addicted to drugs they cannot live without them,they kill and abuse if they cannot find the money or something to exchange for that crap. People experiment with drugs for many different reasons. Many first try drugs  with curiosity, to have a good time, because friends are doing it, or in an effort to improve athletic performance or ease another problem, such as stress, anxiety, or depression. Use doesn’t really lead to abuse, and there is no turning back when  drug uses your mind and body . It varies by individual. Drug abuse and addiction is less about the amount of substance consumed or the frequency, and more to do with the consecuences  of drugs use. No matter how often or how little you’re consuming, if your drug use is causing problems in your life—at work, school, home, or in your relationships you likely have a drug abuse or addiction problem, but remember drugs are bad,get away from them.
