Old People

It is great to get old and a nice experience as well because you have the oportunity to share your knowledge and give good advises to the youngers. To live longer is very important to eat well to keep yourself healthy, do exercices, socialize, and have a hobbie or do something.

I know an old man named Gilberto. Eventhough he is very old, he does all his duties. He works in a gardening doing a very hard work. He doesnt want to retire because he says if he goes home, he would die. So, he wakes up everyday and he goes to work. Doña Ana and Don Tunino are a very old couple. They live alone. Doña Ana does the chores every day by herself. They dont need any help.

 I work in a public school run by nuns. They have a retreat in Colombia where they serve to very old people. Sometimes they feel sad because they are Abandoned by their own relatives. Other are very happy and they try to make a new life with the others. We should help and give love to these people. It is something they really want. Nobody wants to be alone.

I lived with my grand mother when I was eight or nine for a couple of months. She was very kind to me all the time. She died last year.

Shyness

Why are you shy????? May be these factors are the reason why your shyness...

-Depression or anxiety tends to cause a withdrawal from social contact.

-Shyness can be the results from traumatic events that occurred in childhood years.

-Poor self esteem.

-Shyness can be an indication of incomplete social maturity.

What can you do to give up your shyness...

-Admit your shyness.

-Try to feel happy and comfortable with yourself.

-Talk to yourself, family and close relatives.

-Forget about what others can think about you just enjoy your life.

this case costernado humanity. because a woman just 48 years old. young with a full life let go of this terrible evil.

every newspaper in the world had the news on its front page.

On the other hand the man responsible for his adiction Chris brown is her husband.

this man was who sponsored the drug. and others who could notmake any effort for her to leave that bad.

now days we are suffering this terrible absence of such a brilliant woman.

ADAVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF BEING BASHFUL

Here some examples found on the web about the adavantages and disadvantages of being bashful.

Beside what is pointed above, in my opinion when someone is not bashful in some cases could mean that he/she has low self esteem just like most of shy people do, because they trying to demostrate things they are not, so it is better if we are at the same time bold and bashful according to the situation to the situation we are facing, so we can have a balanced personality.

                              Addiction


People with an addiction do not have control over what they are doing, taking or using. Their addiction may reach a point at which it is harmful. Addictions do not only include physical things we consume, such as drugs or alcohol, but may include virtually anything, such abstract things as gambling to seemingly harmless products, such as chocolate - in other words, addiction may refer to a substance dependence (e.g. drug addiction) or behavioral addiction (e.g. gambling addiction).

I agree with this information  because  many people can be addicted   to diferents thins, anyway people  have to take care about how  much dangerous  are.

OLD PEOPLE # 2

Old People can be considered old because of certain changes in their activities or social roles. Examples: people may be considered old when they become grandparents, or when they begin to do less or different work retirements.

 I think that old people have to be protected for the government because they sometimes in their final days of their lives, they remain without money because the authorities didn't help to assistance to old people, because they spent many years working and sometimes they don't have anything person that could help them in the final moments of their lives and I think that  it is an injustice that old people later many years working hard they can't  live their final days as happy moments.

                      Physical changes

There is often a general physical decline, and people become less active. Old age can cause, amongst other things:

• Wrinkles and liver spots on the skin due to loss of subcutaneous fat
• Change of hair colours to gray or white
• Hair loss
• Reduced circulatory system function and blood flow
• Reduced lung capacity
• Reduced immune system function
• Changes in the vocal cords that produce the typical "old person" voice
• Lessened hearing
• Diminished eyesight
• Reduced mental/cognitive ability.
• Depressed mood
• Lessening or cessation of sex, sometimes because of physical symptoms such as erectile dysfunction in men, but often simply a decline in libido
• Greater susceptibility to bone and joint diseases such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis

It must be stressed that each individual is different, and health issues that affect one elderly person may not affect another.

OLD PEOPLE

Old people are the  most wonderful human beings, because they have most experience than another one; however, they sometimes are thinking as child due to their memory problems caused by alzheimer. When the years have been passed, sometimes they become boring and angry person for nothing because they fell powerless or impotent because they can't do the things that they did in the past years.I think that old people need good care and a good treatment because the most of their times they fell nostalgic for their past memories.

Old people have to be respected from the youngest member family due to they are the older trees of the family and the origin of the the whole family, but not always is a happy ending,because in many cases old people is discriminated by the same young people

that made bad jokes to old people, and sometimes when the other members of the family don't want to take care of them, they send them to asylum or home and they spent their last years sad,lonely, bitter because no one come to visit them and it is a bitter experience for old people.
