Amazing centenarians

  We call "centenarians" a group of individuals who have lived more than a hundred years. This is a real example of what nature can do.
To live for more than 100 years is a gift from God that not eveybody has, that's the reason why the people who have lived for more than 100 years are just chosen few.

I`M VERY SHY

I  really have no idea why i`m so shy, i can`t even find anythink what to talk about  with people at work but like father like son my father is also very shy my  mother is trying to change my way but she can`t,when i`m in english class  i don`t  like  to talk because i think i 'm going to mistakes.

Ineternet addiction: beyond a simple hobbie

Internet addiction is real disease that is affecting the entire society, either young or old people. Nowadays there is a high percentage of people that are spending hours and hours in front of a computer, and this percentage has been increasing every year in staggering amounts, creating a big conflict for the human life.

What is really causing concern, is the huge amount of young people aproaching to this desease (specially teenegers). The internet addiction is one of the main causes of problems that young people may show to cope with the world and to interact with other people, creating a psicological disorder which does not help the teenagger to mature correctly.

The problem begins when those individuals start to neglect their duties at school and home, spending the time on the common social networks like Facebook, Twitter or MySpace, and also on any chat room. Among the other problems it may cause are: detachment from the reality and problems to associate with other people.

This is Jeanne Calment considered the oldest supercentenarian

of the modern time, she lived 122 years. She was from France and according to The Free Encyclopedia she outlived both her son daughter and her grandson. Even though she was French The United State has the record of supercentenarians.

for me old people are blessed  because  nowdays many  of the  people don't  reach that age.I think that we have to respect them because they have to be  considerated as our parents.I'M be aware of that they have seen some generation and have more experiences about how to live the life and they advice young people about how to be the best in life.

Talking about old people my grandmother's brother his names is Oclides Mella and he is one of the oldest in my family because he is 90 years old and one think that surprised me it was when he told me that he is able to remember everything he did when he was 15 years old. He was talking about his life and how difficult was his childhood.Nowadays he is rich and have 3 houses and 5 sons.
