Tap Water

Tap Water:

This is an important topic to us, because water is very essential in our daily life, this something that we can not live without.

Somebody even say " Water is life", this is a very true statement, we can not survive without water, eventhough the tap water that we consume in the Dominican Republic is not drinking water.

that why water in our country can be death too because it divided into two categories, we have:

-- Drinking Water

--Tap Water

The best way to protect yourself is to avoid local tap water and instead seek out bottled water when that's not available, boiling tap water generally kills most micro-organims, and there are a number of good water filters and purification tablets that can easily be stowed in your carry-on.

I think that we can not imagine our live without this liquid.

Feng Shui (pronounced "fung schway") has been practiced by people of Chinese descent down through the ages. The practice of Feng Shui combines ancient Chinese wisdom with traditions of the Chinese culture and provides guidelines to be used for different situations or aspirations. Feng Shui is not a religious practice - but a mystical art. I like to think of it as an "applied science" as well.
When studying Feng Shui, one learns the importance of how positioning objects in the home or business can create a harmonious atmosphere. Depending upon each individuals goals, one may focus on certain areas of their life - such as family harmony, prosperity, marital bliss, good health, etc. In Feng Shui, these are called the Eight Life Aspirations. They really all go hand in hand with each other and one should not be excluded in favor of others.
while reading I have learned that one cannot have "tunnel vision" when practicing Feng Shui. One must look at the big picture - and then work your way down from that. For example, it is important not to just focus on the primary goal you are aspiring towards. It is important that you create harmony in your total household and encourage positive chi (energy) to flow. By focusing on just one area of your life you want to enhance, you can be disturbing the balance and harmony of chi. For this reason I will give hints and tips in my newsletters on creating total harmony - not just enriching your life in one area.
Learning the guidelines to Feng Shui can be very complicated. Thus the reason why successful Chinese business owners will hire a Feng Shui Master to help design the layout of a business property in order to ensure the success of their business. Feng Shui is also becoming very popular in the United States as people are seeing very rewarding results by utilizing Feng Shui techniques.
I greatly enjoy the analytical side to Feng Shui. I recommend that anyone interested in achieving a balance in their homes by utilizing Feng Shui techniques have these tools on hand.
How Feng Shui Works
To use Feng Shui, first you must learn  how to identify energy, to see where and how it originates and it's impact, the cause and effect.
All energy is good energy.  There are just different qualities of energy. The two extremes of energy are "Sha" and "Chi".   "Sha" energy is like a raging river tearing apart everything in its path.  Where "Chi" energy is like a babbling brook, embracing and nurturing everything it touches .
On a hot summer day you would jump into a babbling brook to enjoy the coolness of it gentle water, but people would consider you crazy or even suicidal if you  jumped into a raging river.  This is  common sense and  you can use that same common sense to learn and master Feng Shui
Then you learn how to identify Feng Shui ailments in your space. Ailments are are destructive energies. Ailments keep you from having the wealth, the prosperity and the riches your desire. Like draining energy of your bathroom toilet or the the flow of energy where your money comes in and goes directly out.
Then you will learn how to cure these Feng Shui ailments.  Cures will manipulate or change the destructive energy into nurturing uplifting energy. These cures will open the door to manifesting all that is supposed to be yours, to bring into your life the joy and the happiness and the enrichment and the fulfillment and the financial successes that you are entitled to.  Cures can be as simple as placing a plant, placing the color red or placing a  mirror in just the right spot.
Next, you add energy into your space.   This is where your energy starts to compound the bounty you deserve. There are many ways to do this but they are all simple and easy like adding a plant or burning a candle.
And finally, you learn to direct the energy you create toward manifesting your goals and dreams.
It sounds simple and it is simple.  The powerful amazing results will astound  you.  Life has always taught you that it had to be difficult, you had to work hard, there was no gain without pain.  But that was all a lie.  At last you will be able to achieve things you only imagined in your wildest dreams

Feng Shui at the office

Good feng shui is possible even in the most challenging offices or homes. If you have to work long hours in a small office with no windows, there are three feng shui tips to help you make the best of it.

So, before you look into bringing good office feng shui cures, such as a small fountain or rock crystals, be sure to first apply the office feng shui tips below.
1.               Create Good Quality Air and Good Quality Lighting. This is a must for a small office with no windows, because good feng shui cannot exist without good quality air and good light. It is as simple as that.
·                           To create good feng shui with proper lighting use at least three levels of lighting in your office and allow yourself to invest in full-spectrum lighting. This will considerably improve your well-being in a small office space with no natural light. Also be sure to bring vibrant feng shui colors to brighten your space, be it with smart feng shui decor cures or even a vibrant wall color.

·                           To create good feng shui with good quality air decorate your office with several feng shui air purifying plants. Be sure to choose plants that will tolerate the level of artificial lighting you have available in your small office. You can also invest in an aromatherapy diffuser and choose a combination of essential oils that not only clear the air, but also create vibrant energy. For good feng shui energy in an office, go for eucalyptus, peppermint, orange and rosemary, or choose a ready made blend from a good essential oils supplier.

2.               Bring Good Feng Shui Art To Enliven the Office. Contrary to popular belief, a small space does not need small size art. If you bring one or two over-sized pieces of art into your office and place them well, you will immediately feel a strong shift in the feng shui feel of your space. By good feng shui art I do not mean expensive pieces, but vibrant, bold, energetic art which can be your own photos, posters you can buy on-line, or even your children's art!

You can also choose a big wall mural with either a nature, or a city scene (depending on the energy you want to create in your office). Contemporary high quality wall murals with beautiful images can create excellent feng shui in any space, especially in an office with challenging feng shui.
3.   Place Your Desk in A Feng Shui Commanding Position and Have Good Backing. If possible, place your desk in the feng shui commanding position, as well as have good feng shui backing; this is very important for your well-being in the office.
Most importantly, after long hours in a small office with no windows, be sure to take care of your personal energy by giving it the healing energy it really needs - spend some time in nature, by a body of water, or by the fire with good friends.

Understand that no matter how good of a feng shui energy you create in a small office with no windows, your body will still be craving the vast expansive energy available only in nature, the healing power of feng shui elements, such as fire, water or wood, as well as the warmth of a genuine human interaction.

old people

In humble opinion I think no govertment has done nothing for old people. For old people have been disrespected even for their own families, in which it's a shame for our society and for upcoming generetion. But if we invest in the value that the families of our socity require,I think old people can get a better life condition.

I love the feng shui and I want to study it deeper ...

Tap Water

This is a very interesting topic for Us:
Because is very common, already it one of the most important things of the life. Really, really I can not imagine the life without its; because I am very dependent to this Importantant liquid, So, I used to drink more than nine (9) glass of water in a common day. Not matter if it is Summer or not...

Also, I used water for almost everythings at home for example: to clean the house, to prepare the food, to take a shower etc...
For all basic necesities .

But it is too difficult to get drink water from the Tap, specially here in Dominican Republic, where we don't have a responsable organism to control this...

Anyway, we need to survive and we need water everyday, already water plays a huge role in our lives.

Here, there are some places, where we can get to take water from the Tap.

For Ex: Constanza,Jarabacoa,San Jose de Ocoa, and any others places not less important; But, here in santo Domingo it is so difficult to get that, specially for the problem of contamination.

Finally, it is really important to take care of this , and in that way contribute to solve this serious problem.
