WHAT IS A SHOPAHOLIC?

Shopaholics are individuals who can`t control their spending for those people, buying something is like a spring toxix. they buy things in compulsive way. his or her can get debts which they cannot pay it. they can end in financial ruin.
This can be specially difficult, since most of us need to shop from time to time. you cannot simply go " cold turkey " if you are a shopaholic. you will probably still need to occasionally shop for things like groceries, and this can lead to regression in fighting the addiction.
Just like any other addict, the shopaholic must want to quit. very little can be accomplished until there is a sincere desire to end the behavior for some this only occurs when they hit rock bottom hopefully, recognizing the things early can help one curb the behavior in its infancy, so it does not become an addition behavior that contorls one life.

Sex addition
Sex Addiction |
Addiction is one of the toughest problems facing our culture today. The growing problems within the family, as well as many other cultural stressors, make addiction a national and international problem that is growing by leaps and bounds.
Contrary to some popular thought, people don't become addicted to drugs, alcohol, or sex just for the fun of it. There are usually reasons why an addiction happens. And these same reasons make an addiction difficult to stop.
These reasons are: tolerance, withdrawal, and there are internal factors that affect her/his behavior, such as genetics, trauma, shame, anxious depression, its not easy to get out of this once you are in. To overcome this you should:
· Attends to an appropiate counselor.
· Emphasis on learning how to meet one's personal needs for intimacy and emotional health.
- Psychotherapy to address the issues in one's life that gave enough emotional fuel to put an addiction in place
